Turn your stereo up, all the way up... well, maybe not all the way up... but you need to listen to Parts & Labor as loud as possible, otherwise, don’t even bother, bitches! Stay Afraid is a crazy-loud, psychedelic-ish slash experimental-ish rock album. By loud, I mean the music, not so much the vocal... I guess unlike many louder bands that I featured on this blog. In other words, Parts & Labor are not a hardcore or emocore band, they’re more like Death From Above 1979. Actually, their music are both some-what similar, like DFA1979, Stay Afraid features that kettle whistling sound... does anyone know what I am taking about??New Buildings
