chromatic clouds surround

I am a huge fan of both classical and ambient music, and if you are too, you would definitely enjoy Slow Six’s brand new album, Nor'easter. So, how do I describe Slow Six? Well... first, throw in pieces by the virtuoso violinist Niccolò Paganini or string arrangements by Final Fantasy; mix them with Arvo Pärt’s Alina or the work of Feist’s personal producer, Gonzales; and lastly, blend them all with the atmospheric characteristics of Air and Eluvium. What makes Nor'easter such a stunning album is the timing of the instruments. The points where the instruments enter and depart during the songs produce complex layers to the record. So, as I have hinted at the beginning, if you are a fan of classical and ambient, you must hear Nor'easter!
