I got a cover of Fleet Foxes’ "White Winter Hymnal" by a band called Ruby Isle in my email yesterday. Since "White Winter Hymnal" was one of my favourite songs of last year, I was set to be disappointed by any cover of the song! However, I actually quite enjoy the mess that Ruby Isle had created.
